(CRITERION B) CURRENTLY LOOKED AFTER BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITY, OR (CRITERION C) ENTITLED TO LEAVING CARE SERVICES BY VIRTUE OF ‘PART 6’ OF THE SOCIAL SERVICES AND WELL-BEING (WALES) ACT 2014 OR THE LEAVING CARE ACT 2000.
