    THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT:1. TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION AMONGST MEMBERS OF THE AFGHAN AND CENTRAL ASIAN COMMUNITIES, IN PARTICULAR AFGHAN REFUGEES AND ASYLUM SEEKERS, WHO ARE SOCIALLY EXCLUDED FROM SOCIETY OR PARTS OF SOCIETY ON THE GROUNDS THAT THEY ARE NEWLY-ARRIVED MIGRANTS TO THE UK.2. TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF SUCH PEOPLE AND ASSIST THEM TO INTEGRATE INTO SOCIETY, IN PARTICULAR BY: A) PROVIDING SUPPORT AND ADVICE, INCLUDING ADVICE ON HOUSING, WELFARE, HEALTH AND EDUCATION; B) PROVIDING LANGUAGE AND OTHER SUPPLEMENTARY CLASSES;AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.3. TO PROMOTE HUMAN RIGHTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY: A) RELIEVING THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF VICTIMS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES, AND B) RAISING AWARENESS OF HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES.
