The objects for which Kicking Off is established for the public benefit are:1. To prevent and relieve poverty, distress and financial hardship;2. To promote good health and wellbeing; 5. To improve access to clean water and the education of communities on matters including good sanitation, water hygiene and maintenance of water supplies; and6. To promote sustainable development;in all cases working anywhere in the world and in all cases but without limitation through the medium of sport and physical activity more generally.In these objects:“To promote good health and wellbeing” means to advance the education of communities on matters including but not limited to good health, hygiene and sanitation by providing or assisting in the provision of training, healthcare projects or such other related goods and services. “Sustainable development’ means development which meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
