NEW START CAT RESCUE 

NSCR's main objective is to promote humane behaviour towards all animals by providing appropriate care, protection, treatment and security, demonstrated by providing sanctuary for cats in need of care and attention through sickness, maltreatment, ill-usage or abandonment.
