PROMOTING THE SOUND ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE AND PROPER ADMINISTRATION OF THE LAW FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, IN PARTICULAR BY ALL OR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING: A.
