    1) TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN AN ANIMAL SHELTER FOR THE CARE AND SHELTER OF STRAY, NEGLECTED AND UNWANTED ANIMALS AND THE PROTECTION OF ANIMALS FROM ILL-USAGE, CRUELTY AND SUFFERING.2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN MATTERS RELATING TO ANIMAL WELFARE IN GENERAL.3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF YOUNG PERSONS THROUGH THE PROVISION OF SCHOOL PLACEMENTS TO STUDENTS. 4) TO RELIEVE THE FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PERSONS WHO ARE UNABLE TO AFFORD THE FEES FOR SPAYING AND NEUTERING THROUGH THE PROVISION OF A SUBSIDISED SERVICE.
