TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE HEALTH FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC AND TO RELIEVE THOSE IN NEED IN PARTICULAR THE SICK BY SUCH CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY:(A) SUPPORTING THE CHARITABLE WORK OF THE OXFORD CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL CAMPAIGN AND THE OXFORD CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF ONCOLOGY EQUIPMENT FOR THE HOSPITAL'S WARDS;(B) AIDING AND SUPPORTING RESEARCH AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESEARCH IN CHILDREN'S CANCERS; AND(C) PROVIDING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN SUCH FORMS AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT TO CHILDREN FROM OVERSEAS AND WHO ARE IN NEED (IN PARTICULAR THOSE THAT ARE SUFFERING WITH CANCER) SO THAT THEY CAN RECEIVE THE NECESSARY TREATMENT AT THE SAID HOSPITAL.
