AGE UK SHEFFIELD 

Age UK Sheffield (Age Concern Sheffield) is an independent, local charity, dedicated to enabling older people to be the architect of their own lives. We provide bespoke assistance, enabling people to find their own solutions, particularly those living in social isolation or with physical, sensory or mental impairment, facilitating access to a very wide range of the city's facilities and resources.
