Objectives

4.1 The only objects for which the Charity is established are for the public benefit, in England and elsewhere in the world, to:4.1.1 Advance religion particularly but not exclusively by the establishment and/or support of religious centres, mosques and places of worship, in accordance with the teachings of the Holy Qu’ran and the teachings of Holy Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him - PBUH) conforming to the interpretations and accepted views of the Ahle Sunnah Wa Al-Jammah, (Brelwi) Hanafi School of thought, promoting Tasawwuf (Spirituality & Sufism) strictly in line with the teachings of the Charity’s founder Shaykh Pir Alauddin Siddiqui;4.1.2 Prevent or relieve poverty, which shall include the relief of those in financial hardship and distress (whether permanent or temporary), including providing support financially and in-kind to such persons;4.1.3 Advance education and learning;4.1.4 Any other charitable purpose in accordance with the laws of England and Wales as the Trustees from time to time in their discretion think fit.(the Objects).
