One of these projects, the Newlands Furniture Recycling Service, works with long-term unemployed people on work placements. The organisation is now wishing to develop these activities into something more formal and also to offer placements at the Rockwell Nursery, Newlands Community Transport Service, The Rockwell Community Centre and the Rockwell Café.
