BOLTON CARERS SUPPORT

Bolton Carers Support provides support for local carers over the age of 18 who look after a family member who is elderly, ill or disabled. Support is provided through the following: a carers helpline; information and advice appointments; short breaks; training; benefits advice; newsletter and factsheets. Hidden carers are identified through outreach work and work with GP practices.
