(A) TO RELIEVE POOR PERSONS OF TAMIL ORIGIN IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND INFORMATION SERVICES AND TO MEET THE NEEDS OF TAMIL ASYLUM SEEKERS AND REFUGEES. (B) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN TAMIL ARTS AND CULTURE. (C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AMONGST THE STUDENTS OF TAMIL ORIGIN. (D) PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION OF SUCH PERSONS OF TAMIL ORIGIN WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABILITY, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.
