THE NORTHAMPTON THEATRES TRUST LIMITED 

Royal & Derngate is the main venue for arts and entertainment in Northamptonshire. The Theatre offers two auditoria, and Underground, our creativity centre that is home to the Youth theatre and a wide range of creative projects for the local community. A diverse programme of work includes in-house produced drama and presented music, dance, comedy, children's shows, musical theatre, and opera.

THE TRUST'S OBJECTS ARE TO PROVIDE A CULTURAL EXPERIENCE WHICH WILL ENLIGHTEN, ENTERTAIN, EDUCATE AND STIMULATE APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS FOR THE PUBLIC AT LARGE, AND IN PARTICULAR (BUT WITHOUT LIMITING THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING) THE RESIDENTS OF NORTHAMPTON AND THE EAST MIDLANDS BY:2.1 PROVIDING A WIDE RANGE OF QUALITY ARTS AND ENTERTAINMENT WHETHER ON THE PREMISES BELONGING TO THE TRUST AT GUILDHALL ROAD, NORTHAMPTON (THE CENTRE) OR ELSEWHERE; AND2.2 PROVIDING AN EXTENSIVE INTERLINKED INTERPRETATION AND EDUCATION PROGRAMME AT THE CENTRE OR ELSEWHERE; AND2.3 OPERATING THE CENTRE AS A PRODUCTION AND PERFORMANCE SPACE; AND2.4 SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE MEANS AS THE DIRECTORS THINK FIT.
