[A] THE RELIEF OF PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM CANCER; [B] THE PROVISION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR SUCH PATIENTS; [C] THE RELIEF IN CASES OF FINANCIAL DISTRESS OF THE DEPENDANTS OF SUCH PATIENTS OR OF DECEASED PATIENTS.
