Classes for older adult inpatients at The Meadows, Offerton, Stockport - 30 minutes long and are delivered as Chair Yoga, one class per week for 52 weeks. Staff classes in Stockport and Tameside - 45 minutes long and include floor, mat and chair yoga poses together with breathwork and relaxation. Two classes per week, across two different sites delivered at different times of the day to accommodate shift patterns, for 52 weeks.
