Through the provision of a weekly activity group at a local community centre in Stanley on a weekday after school. The project will seek to improve young people's physical and mental wellbeing through engagement in informal sports activities and games. Sporting activities will be pool, dodgeball, badminton, curling, volleyball, table tennis and football. The project will also provide a peer-support network for young people to help improve their self-confidence and self-esteem whilst reducing feelings of social anxiety.
